Unikron's 10th Anniversary & Open House Studio Party
2012 Advertising Week
On June 7th Unikron celebrated its 10th anniversary and big move to the new studio at 495 Adelaide Street West with an Open House Studio party. The anniversary event began with a special service honouring Saul Hirsch, the building's former proprietor and owner of Hirsch Laboratories, the company previously known as "Canada's most advanced dental laboratory". Mr. Hirsch was invited to cut the ribbon thus officially opening the new Unikron studio. This ceremony was followed by blessings given by Father Michael Burgess, a close friend of the our family. And with that, many close friends, clients and family came to celebrate and honour Unikron's ten years of tremendous business accomplishments.
The excitement of the new studio was shared by all as guests arrived and toured the new film studio, boardroom and upstairs production and executive offices. Photographer Dave West was present to capture the event. All photos are available for viewing on Unikron's new Facebook Page. Please take a tour of our timeline where you can see photos from the past 10 years, and please take a moment to "Like" us on Facebook if you haven't already!

Future Flash 2012
On May 16-17th Unikron participated in the Institute of Communication Agencies' (ICA) annual Future Flash event at the Westin Trillium in the heart of Blue Mountain, Ontario. With a line up of advertising and communications industry leaders speaking on topics ranging from building digital engagement in physical space, leading immersion and empowerment through social interaction, to the rise of branding through non-fiction, this year's Future Flash event was a wonderful success! Unikron filmed the entire two-day event for the second year in a row, and we're already looking forward to working with the ICA team on Future Flash 2013.
